Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment from UK resident customers only. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Delta, Solo and Switch. You may also send your credit card information via phone or fax (please DO NOT post credit card information or send via email). When you make a purchase from our site you will receive a payment confirmation email (receipt) for your order. You will also receive a receipt from us when the goods are delivered.
  
Pricing Errors In the event that there is a pricing error on the website, Ozone Heating Supplies is not bound to honour any orders made at that price.
 
 
 

Shipping And Handling At Ozone Heating Supplies Ltd you are assured of great savings on all items you purchase, however to avoid minimum transaction amounts we do have to make a small charge for handling & delivery. All small items are delivered to UK addresses by courier and larger items are delivered directly by us(within 50 mile radius of Birmingham) we will even contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time. Please be aware of this before placing your order. WE ONLY DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK. If you wish to purchase outside of the UK then your purchase maybe subject to customs and border control inspection and extra shipping costs. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Ozone Heating Supplies cannot take responsibility for claims of any shortages, damages or manufacturing faults 48 hours after delivery. Please check your delivery yourself and report any problems to our sales team within 48 hours who will be pleased to help and will react quickly to resolve any issues.
 
  

Delivery Schedule We usually dispatch our orders within 2-10 working days. However, If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell you immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer you a refund. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee Our products are guaranteed as per the manufacturer. Most products come with instruction manuals that give information on warranties. Some products will require you to complete and send off a warranty registration document. If you have any specific questions about guarantees please contact us before you make a purchase. We also guarantee that all items will conform to their description on our web site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please see our returns policy. These guarantees and warranties do not affect your statutory rights.
 
Items given away FREE do not carry any warranty.
  
All product guarantees cover parts & labor where specified by the manufacturer & you must have proof that the item was installed by a professional plumber, gas safe engineer & electrician where applicable. All relevant certifications will be required as proof in the event of any claim be made against Ozone Heating Supplies.

Returns Policy If you wish to return an item that you have ordered then you must contact us within 10 days from receipt of delivery. You can contact us by email and telephone (see Reaching Us above). We will then issue you with a returns number, which will need to be clearly marked on the package. All items must be returned in 'as received' condition in their original packing. Return charges will be at your expense. In the event that you would like Ozone Heating Supplies to arrange collection of an item the cost incurred for this service will be deducted from the amount refunded.
  
Faulty / Damaged Items: 
If the items are being returned because they are faulty or damaged then we will supply a replacement and collect the faulty / damaged item. Please inspect all items carefully before commencing fitting. Items which have been fitted or machined cannot be returned as faulty / damaged. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE NOTIFYED VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONE WITHIN 48HRS OF DELIVERY.
 
 
Ozone Heating Supplies will not take responsebility for faulty or broken Items that can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer directly. However, if you would like to return the product due to a fault then the a full refund will be given. In the event that you would like Ozone Heating Supplies to arrange collection of an item the cost incurred for this service will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Returning ordered stock items:
 
Any stock items ordered from our webshop can be returned for a full refund excluding any postage costs to both parties.
If you request us to specially order any goods then they would be subject to a 25% restocking charge. This includes all Boiler Spares.
We do not refund any incorrectly ordered electrical boiler spares.
  
In-correctly ordered special item goodsOUTSIDE OUR WEBSHOP LISTING
If you wish to return in-correctly ordered goods there is a re-stocking surcharge of 25% of the goods value. The goods must be in pristine condition, in their original packaging and returned with an insured delivery service. Any refund due (less any surcharge payable will be actioned within 5 days of receipt of the goods. This may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. Items that are made to order and as such cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case a replacement item will be issued.
