Returns Policy If you wish to return an item that you have ordered then you must contact us within 10 days from receipt of delivery. You can contact us by email and telephone (see Reaching Us above). We will then issue you with a returns number, which will need to be clearly marked on the package. All items must be returned in 'as received' condition in their original packing. Return charges will be at your expense. In the event that you would like Ozone Heating Supplies to arrange collection of an item the cost incurred for this service will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Faulty / Damaged Items:
If the items are being returned because they are faulty or damaged then we will supply a replacement and collect the faulty / damaged item. Please inspect all items carefully before commencing fitting. Items which have been fitted or machined cannot be returned as faulty / damaged. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE NOTIFYED VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONE WITHIN 48HRS OF DELIVERY.
Ozone Heating Supplies will not take responsebility for faulty or broken Items that can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer directly. However, if you would like to return the product due to a fault then the a full refund will be given. In the event that you would like Ozone Heating Supplies to arrange collection of an item the cost incurred for this service will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Returning ordered stock items:
Any stock items ordered from our webshop can be returned for a full refund excluding any postage costs to both parties.
If you request us to specially order any goods then they would be subject to a 25% restocking charge. This includes all Boiler Spares.
We do not refund any incorrectly ordered electrical boiler spares.
In-correctly ordered special item goods: OUTSIDE OUR WEBSHOP LISTING
If you wish to return in-correctly ordered goods there is a re-stocking surcharge of 25% of the goods value. The goods must be in pristine condition, in their original packaging and returned with an insured delivery service. Any refund due (less any surcharge payable will be actioned within 5 days of receipt of the goods. This may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. Items that are made to order and as such cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case a replacement item will be issued. Please ensure that you order the correct items.
