Very pleased with the Dimplex Danville Optimyst fire. Definitely the most realistic flame effect of all that I have seen. Easy to set up. The remote control is an added bonus. Ozone is a very pleasant company to deal with, would definitely use them again.

Excellent service; Order for fire placed on website Thursday afternoon. Arrived by UPS first thing Monday morning.
Considerably cheaper than quote received from my local heating shop.
One small criticism, an email to let me know it had been dispatched would have been nice, as I did not even know it was on way and could have been out.

Excellent service.... We had seen the Dimplex Danville fire in another store but the price was way, way to high. Did a Google search and found Ozone Heating read the reviews which we found both complimentary and encouraging. I rang on the Saturday morning and ordered the fire, which arrived a.m. Wednesday via UPS. (which was a quick as it would have been if ordered from a local supplier AND we saved a lot of money). Excellent price and customer service via email and phone from Peter & David. Would recommend this firm to anyone. THANK YOU...

Found Ozone Heating on the web and found the the reviews both complimentary and encouraging. I rang on the Monday morning and spoke to Pete. His enthusiasm and professionalism were second to none. To cut it short, the fire was ordered from Dimplex on the Monday, sent to Ozone Heating and then sent on to me and I received it on Thursday. This is what customer service used to be like in days gone by. I would certainly buy from here again. WELL DONE.

I recently ordered an led unit for a Valor fire from ozone heating supplies and recieved very good help and advice.
This included Peter offering to phone Valor himself to double check that I would recieve exactly the part I wanted.
The part arrived on time as promised and the fire is once again working properly.

Purchased a central heating programmer at a very competitive price which was processed and delivered very quickly. When I no longer needed it and asked about returns I got advice about the process quickly even though you were shut for Christmas and New Year. The refund was processed very quickly and hassle free.
